- ➤ Bloomington’s Commission on the Status of Women invites community members to the Women’s History Month Luncheon on March 25 at Monroe Convention Center (302 S. - ➤ IU LAB celebrated one year of teaming with local companies to drive new ideas and help student research. It will soon open a new home in the 16 Tech Innovation District as it works with Cook Medical and Eli Lilly to boost life science innovation. Indiana University
- ➤ DOJ files reveal that IU Kinsey Institute researchers exchanged emails with Jeffrey Epstein. Garcia, now executive director, emailed in 2012 and later condemned Epstein’s actions (he was unaware of his past), while another researcher, Helen Fisher, attended a lunch invitation from Epstein. - ➤ Federal data shows nearly 60,000 fewer Hoosiers signed up for Affordable Care Act plans after federal subsidies expired, leaving about 300,000 enrolled in the marketplace & spurring a sharp rise in premiums by more than 100%. The Herald-Times

- ➤ Local sports fans can vote in the IU Health Herald-Times Athlete of the Week poll for standout athletes during Jan. 26-31, with voting open until Thursday, Feb. 5. Last week, Eastern Greene boys basketball player Grady Callison led the poll with 65% of the vote. The Herald-Times
