- ➤ NWS Indianapolis is inviting college weather students & aspiring meteorologists to join its Summer 2026 Volunteer Program for a hands-on meteorology experience supporting local forecasting and severe weather alerts in central Indiana. - ➤ Bloomington was recognized as a top leader in environmental transparency after earning an A score in CDP's 2025 report (joining only 120 cities worldwide). City officials say the achievement reinforces its commitment to net zero emissions by 2050. City of Bloomington
