- ➤ IU’s incoming chancellor David Reingold will earn $655,000 a year along with retirement benefits and a $1,000 monthly executive allowance when he starts on June 2. He is the first chancellor since the role was eliminated in 2006, and his potential teaching position in the O’Neill School of Public and Environmental Affairs awaits a Board of Trustees decision.
