- ➤ An 18-year-old Lawrence County man was arrested in Bedford after a violent fight in an alley near Kirkwood Avenue on June 7 that left a 19-year-old Spencer man with a deep stab wound and bruises; he was booked at Monroe County Jail at 8:30 p.m. on June 8 (bond set at $10,500) as police search for two more suspects. - ➤ Gunshots were fired at 1:45 a.m. on June 10 at a Bloomington business at 1915 S. Walnut Street during a party—police found three bullet holes and spent 9mm casings with no injuries reported and no arrests made yet. The Bloomingtonian
- ➤ Bloomington Police said that three shots were fired into a bathroom during an employee after party at Chop Shop Market & Table early on June 8 at a strip mall on South Walnut Street—no one was injured and the suspect fled before officers arrived. The Herald-Times
