- ➤ Bloomington Parks and Recreation is inviting local and regional artists to apply for indoor and outdoor vending space at the Holiday Market to be held on Nov. 29 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at 401 N. Morton St. next to City Hall. Artists must submit applications and pay a non-refundable $20 jury fee (call 812-349-3725) by Aug. 22 at 11:59 p.m. while officials warn that only vendors approved through the juried process will be allowed and shoppers should beware of fraud (unauthorized ticket or booth sales are scams).
