The center studies these tiny particles for cleaner fuels, faster electronics, and better chemical manufacturing—while engaging the local community by partnering with an artist to create a mural near WonderLab Museum of Science, Health and Technology. - ➤ Bloomington faces a smaller 2026 budget as the new property tax cap law is set to reduce revenue from $58 million to $54 million, and city controller Jessica McLellan said departments made sharp cuts to reach a proposal with $147 million in expenses against $120 million in revenue. City leaders will review the proposed budget at council meetings next week — a move aimed at addressing the budget gap and planning for future challenges. WRTV
