- ➤ Bloomington Fine Art Supply hosted a Collage Collective workshop on Oct. 30 where local artist Jennifer Davis led community members in making paper collages—attendees of all ages learned new techniques in a relaxed setting. The shop will rebrand its free weekly art events as Art in Commons after the new year—expanding its schedule to offer a wider range of creative community programs. Indiana Daily Student

- ➤ No. 2 Indiana football travels to College Park to face Maryland at 3:30 p.m. today after a two-game homestand; the Hoosiers, who beat Maryland 42-28 in Bloomington last season and defeated UCLA 56-6 recently, will try to win the line of scrimmage against a retooled Maryland team. - ➤ On October 31, Bloomington South beat Terre Haute South 41-34 in a tense 5A sectional semifinal as key plays by Hayden Clark and Ross Ogden helped the Panthers rally for the win. The team will now prepare to host rival Bloomington North in the sectional final— a matchup that will further test their tournament readiness. The Herald-Times
- ➤ Indiana men’s cross country runners finished 12th and the women placed 11th at the Big Ten Championships in East Lansing on Halloween.
