  • Indiana, led by Heisman Trophy-winning quarterback Fernando Mendoza, will face Alabama in the Rose Bowl quarterfinal on Jan. 1 in Pasadena. Coaches with cross-program experience say the undefeated Hoosiers are focused on overcoming past bowl struggles.  WTHR
  • Edgewood boys basketball secured a 53-50 overtime win over Sullivan on Saturday, Dec. 20 + Evan Jacobs praised his team for pulling off a narrow extra period victory in a hard-fought contest.  The Herald-Times
  • Lamar Wilkerson scored 21 points with six assists to help the Hoosiers beat Chicago State 78-58 Saturday in Bloomington. Indiana led by as many as 26 points in the second half and will host Siena on Monday.  WTHR
