About this event
This open-level class is held in the studio and limited to 7 participants for individualized attention. You’ll work on the reformer, chair, and/or tower, depending on the instructor’s focus for the session. If you are brand new to Pilates equipment, we strongly recommend starting with our Equipment Fundamentals Class or Pilates Private Session – Introduction (3 Sessions) to build a solid foundation before joining this class.
