About this event
This faster-paced class explores more complex choreography and advanced exercises on the Pilates equipment. It is designed for students with prior experience who are comfortable working at an intermediate to advanced level. If you are brand new to Pilates equipment, we strongly recommend starting with Equipment Fundamentals Class or Pilates Private Session – Introduction (3 Sessions) to build a solid foundation before joining this class.
