- ➤ On June 7 at around 1 a.m., a man was attacked and stabbed by three men outside a popular bar on Kirkwood Avenue near South Dunn Street while leaving with his friends; police later arrested 18-year-old Braxton Pavey, who admitted having a knife during the fight. WTHR

- ➤ The Bloomington Fire Department expanded Safe Haven Baby Box access by opening a new box at Fire Station #2—209 S. Fairfield Drive and re-opening the box at Fire Station #1—300 E. Fourth St after a previous flooding closure.
